Njideka graduated from the University of California, Davis (with a Bachelors in Biological Sciences) and Drexel University (with a Master’s in Public Health).

After obtaining her degrees, her unconventional pivot into the financial world came as a result of her 4-year journey as a Community Organizer in South Los Angeles. Along with her experiences as a first generation Nigerian American, advocating in communities of color helped Njideka realize that not just any education will do. In fact, she is adamant that all the degrees in the world will not replace the fact that financial education (and economic independence) is a key puzzle piece in movements toward social justice. As a result, she went on to become a fully licensed financial professional and is currently in process to become a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) professional.

It is her belief that with the right strategy, ambitious professionals (and business owners) can become seriously wealthy and create more examples that our communities need to see.... For the Culture!

In her free time, Njideka loves attending concerts, NBA games, traveling, and spending time with her large Nigerian family. Currently, Njideka also serves as Vice President of the Los Angeles Chapter of Umu Igbo Unite (a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that promotes cultural preservation and appreciation, professional development, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement among Igbos in the diaspora). She is also a member of the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) as well as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
